What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an UX Writer within the Content Design team, you will be in charge of:
- Drive growth for Prime: Design UX content that influences purchasing decisions, increases subscription conversions, and fosters loyalty.
- Lead high-impact projects: Take ownership of complex initiatives, balancing user needs and business goals.
- Design with clarity: Write simple, human, and effective interface copy—from buttons and tooltips to flows and onboarding journeys.
- Shape journeys: Map and improve Prime’s lifecycle touchpoints, reducing friction and designing for retention.
- Collaborate with Product Designers: Work side by side to design intuitive, user-centred flows where content and design complement each other seamlessly.
- Turn insights into action: Partner with UX Researchers to translate findings into measurable content improvements.
- Scale quality: Build and maintain content standards, guidelines, and frameworks for consistency.
- Mentor others: Support mid-level writers, raising the bar for content quality.
- Influence strategy: Champion the role of UX writing in product decisions, collaborating with designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
- Partner with peers: Work with fellow Senior UX Writers to develop team-wide initiatives that advance content design practice and raise standards across the organisation.
What you need to succeed:

- 5+ years’ experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Content Strategist.
- At least 1 year in e-commerce or subscription-based products.
- Professional-level written English (all nationalities welcome; English is our working language).
- Confident in applying user psychology and UX research to shape flows and boost conversions.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional projects and navigating stakeholder discussions.
- Curious about AI and emerging technologies, and open to applying them in your work.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
