In this individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics & Data Activation, you’ll lead the agenda for dedicated data scientists, data engineers, and analysts — designing and building the systems that power the next era of data-driven growth at eDreams ODIGEO.

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Marketing Analytics & Measurement Lead in the Marketing Analytics & Data Activation team you will be in charge of:

- You’ll help us understand what truly drives incremental growth, ROI, and profitability across our global digital marketing investments.
- This role sits at the heart of our marketing decision-making engine, driving eDO’s transition toward a unified, intelligent, and automated measurement ecosystem.
🧭 What You’ll Do
Build Intelligent Systems & Automation
- Design and evolve scalable frameworks and models to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Translate results into actionable investment recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.
- Partner with engineering and data science to industrialize measurement — from incrementality testing (Conversion Lift, GeoLift, Causal Impact) to MMM, MTA, and predictive models.
- Use advanced analytics and experimentation to uncover what truly drives incremental growth.
Collaborate & Influence
- Act as the internal thought leader on marketing measurement — influencing not just what we measure, but how.
- Champion an incrementality-first mindset across the organization.
- Lead the adoption and integration of new measurement frameworks into the marketing strategy and operations.
What you need to succeed:
Must-Have’s
Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team. Here’s what you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or marketing science, ideally in a digital or app-based business.
- Hands-on experience and deep understanding of incrementality testing (Conversion, Brand & Search Lift, GeoLift experiments).
- Hands-on analytical capability in Python or R, and comfortable in SQL for data manipulation.
- Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and distill them into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
- Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM).
- Experience building marketing data products or automation pipelines with data engineers.
- Familiarity with cloud data environments (BigQuery, AWS, GCP) and visualization tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI).
- Exposure to performance marketing platforms (AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- A passion for experimentation, automation, and simplifying complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
- AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
