We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist Trainer who enjoys facilitating soft skills training to support the development of our eDOers. You will join a team of L&D professionals who work together to provide a great experience to our team members. At eDreams ODIGEO we constantly encourage our team members to take advantage of our learning opportunities and help them make progress in their careers.

What you will do 

• Design and deliver soft skills training remotely and in person
• Work with with HRBP’s and business areas to assess needs and implement interventions
• Coach internal trainers to improve the effectiveness of our learning solutions
• Assess the effectiveness of our training programs and propose improvements. We want you to challenge us!
• This role is hybrid and requires in person facilitation in Barcelona on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development 
• Excellent instructional design and facilitation skills, focused on soft skills training
• Native level of English – able to create and deliver content in English. 
• Solid experience working with cross-functional stakeholders. 
• Team player, proactive, curious, results-oriented and fact-based decision-making skills. 
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
