As a CRM APP Executive, you will join our CRM global team, and participate in the definition and execution of the APP contact strategy according to CRM principles.
Main responsibilities
  • Ownership in the definition and execution of the touchpoints for the App. In charge of defining the contact strategy for App customers.
  • Creation, integration and validation of App campaigns with stakeholders and across markets.
  • Responsible for App campaign optimisation through KPI analysis, testing, and best practices.
Required skills and experience
  • Online App marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of ESP tools (Exact target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus), App engagement tools (Accengage / Airship is a plus)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Branch /Tune are a plus)
  • Knowledge of SQL and data integration is a plus
  • Knowledge of Excel and good analytical skills
  • Team player, results oriented, self-starter, detail-oriented
