ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Transform the ADM team from a ADM administration approach to a commercial approach driving the necessary
processes together with the team to avoid ADM’s and to reduce ADM’s.
- Intensive collaboration with the Heads of Air driving ADM recovery outside the BSP process
- Intensive collaboration with the Analysts team to monitor the performance
- Create and deliver performance reports on costs
- Create a Action-Tracker to monitor and inform about project status
- Drive the avoidance of ADM reason/sources by looking for solutions across all departments
- Reduce the current ADM cost level
- Optimize the recovery volume
- Increase the dispute volume
PREFERRED SKILLS
Highly proactive, creative and analytical orientation. Hands-on manager with abilities to teach & train.
- Very good MS – Office skills (especially advanced Excel knowledge on professional level, powerpoint)
- Professional level in Amadeus/Galileo handling
- BSP and ARC (memo manager and DRS) handling experience
- Good English language skills
- Experience in airline business/industry or travel agency
- Analytical thinking
- High degree of self responsibility
- Independent and service oriented work

- Absolute teamwork
- Participative coaching approach
- Tools: UNO, JIRA, Sales Force, Spark
Team Task:
- Download ADMs from BSP
- Analyze each ADM with appropriate tools
- Classify ADM in logs
- Dispute ADMs with valid reason and information data
- Update ADMs status according Approved or rejected disputes
- Re-dispute ADMs with airline in case of non-agree rejection reasons (Post-billing disputes)
- Dispute with GDS ADMs not related to airline/agency
- Team meeting updates
- Lead individual projects in order to avoid ADMs
- Automate tasks
- Organize workshops/meetings with involved departments
- Work with complete business plan in form of an action tracker
- Monitor and deliver on time all confirmed steps of the action tracker
- Jira control and optimization
- Detect and report issues
