We’re seeking an experienced Connectivity Specialist to join our Accommodation 3pp+Connectivity team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to have direct responsibility for the relationship management of an assigned portfolio of connectivity partners’ accounts and be responsible for delivering connectivity projects to achieve the commercial goals across Odigeo Connect Lodging business teams.

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an Accommodation Connectivity Specialist in the Accommodation 3pp+Connectivity team you will be in charge of:
- Own the relationship with our existing assigned connectivity partners to foster long lasting partnerships that support Edreams’s inventory strategy and overall objectives. This is to be achieved through regular communication with the partners.
- Monitor daily the technical performance of the assigned connectivities, proposing and implementing the action plans based on the analysis of the performance indicator. Work with Product teams to ensure that the necessary reporting and monitoring tools and visualisation are in place.
- Provide daily technical support to external and internal teams (e.g. Account Managers, Sales teams) to solve technical issues. Proactively seek ways to reduce errors and process inefficiencies. Provide ongoing input to the Connectivity Manager for developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies.
- Identify growth opportunities with our accommodation providers (e.g. directly contracted hotels and indirect accommodation providers), leveraging insights from connectivity data and working closely with the commercial teams.
- Participate in the analysis of potential new connectivity partners, through market analysis and benchmark. Support when needed in the contracting of the new partners identified.
- Lead the integration and certification processes of the connectivity partners assigned. Supports on the onboarding of chains when mass product uploads are required.
- Own and duly complete the documentation of connectivity processes.

- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business or tech related fields
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience in the hotel industry is a must, including experience with hotel distribution systems and knowledge of OTA standard API, specially applied to channel managers and switches.
- Strong stakeholder management across both technical and commercial departments. Ensuring communication is always structured and service-oriented with clear messages being delivered.
- Project management skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a MUST. Any other European languages are very welcome
- Good motivational skills and appetite for learning
- Analytical skills: Effective and strong critical thinking skills in handling project details by employing keen screening abilities.
- Autonomy: Able to work well independently and within a team; excellent communication skills with a “can do” attitude toward problem solving.
