The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an Accommodation B2B Sales Support Specialist in the Accommodation B2B Marketing team you will be in charge of:
- Sales Collateral Development: Develop a variety of sales and marketing impactful tools, including pitch decks, customised presentations, websites and other commercial materials aligned with brand guidelines and Inventory teams requirements, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of eDreams ODIGEO Connect’s offerings for the hoteliers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Account Management team members to gather their needs and objectives in terms of sales assets and translate them into messages that resonate with the hoteliers. Coordinate with other internal stakeholders (such as Product and Data Analytics) to gather necessary content and insights to enhance their effectiveness.
- Library Management: Organize and maintain a repository of updated and relevant sales collateral, ensuring all content is up to date, high quality and easy to access for the teams. Continuously improve the effectiveness of the support materials by collecting and incorporating feedback from internal teams and hoteliers, and stay informed about the hospitality industry trends.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Hotel Industry or Online Travel Agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, and to translate data and information into clear and compelling messages.
- Organisational skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to gather data and insights. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
