About the eDO Transport Team
Our vision is to build the best multi-modal, door-to-door ground transport experience. Our current primary transport offerings are flights and a growing portfolio of train providers. As a Product Manager in this critical area, you will be instrumental in executing our strategy to connect and manage complex travel experiences.

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Product Manager in the Transport Team you will be in charge of:
Your work will span our three strategic pillars:
- Content Execution: Work closely with Engineering and Business Development teams to execute the integration and launch of new transport providers (train, bus, etc.) to expand our inventory and relevance.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritization process for core API and content-related features.
- Value Innovation (Focus on Prime): Execute initiatives designed to optimize pricing, deals, and product features to increase the perceived value for Prime members within the transport booking flow.
- Analyze A/B test results and performance data to identify specific conversion and revenue opportunities within the product.
- Assist in defining minimum viable products (MVPs) for unique offerings that generate value for the business and customers.
- Customer Experience Delivery: Focus on optimizing specific segments of the user journey (e.g., search, results page filtering, post-booking management) to reduce friction and anxiety.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback to identify pain points and propose actionable improvements.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality, and connected trip experience across multiple devices and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into clear, well-defined user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritization: Maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing the needs of the customer, the business, and technical feasibility.
- Performance Monitoring: Define, monitor, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to your area of ownership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary interface between the business stakeholders, UX/Design, and dedicated engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
What you need to succeed:

- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, preferably within a high-volume e-commerce, platform, or travel/transport environment.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to define metrics, use data (A/B testing, analytics tools) to inform decisions, and track results effectively.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, working comfortably with engineering teams on APIs, data structures, and system limitations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement.
