We’re seeking a Social Media Intern to join our Social Media Team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to support the growth of eDreams in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok account). If you’re ready to soar, we’re ready to take you there.

What you will do: 

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Social Media Intern in the Social Media Team, you will be in charge of:

• Execute high-quality content creation (including filming, editing, sound design, visual effects…)
•  Community Management (DMs, Comments, flag trends, etc…) in our account and others (Instagram)
•  Social Listening (Social Sentiments and trends)
•  Contribute to the strategy and objectives of the channel
•  Support in Data and Analysis

Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team. Here’s what you need to succeed: 

• English & other languages (Italian is a plus)
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, functionalities, and platform updates
• Experience in content creation 
•  Good communication skills
•  Editing skill (Canva, CapCut, etc.. )
•  Design skill is a plus (Adobe suite: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
• Availability to work full-time
• Internship Agreement with an institution or university (Mandatory)
•  Must have a portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
•  Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
•  Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
