We’re seeking an experienced International Market Manager to join our International Team in Barcelona to actively contribute to growing the eDreams Prime subscription program outside of the core European markets, expanding our geographical footprint across the Americas, MEA, and APAC—a key strategic pillar of our company growth plan.

With a strong analytics background and entrepreneurial mindset, you will act as a business builder: leveraging data, identifying market opportunities and coordinating the execution of compelling GTM strategies, working hand in hand with functions across the company (Trading, Operations, Marketing and Product).

What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an International Market Manager in the International Team, you will be in charge of:

• Market Selection & Strategic GTM: Devising and implementing long-term go-to-market strategies for high-potential regions outside Europe, going beyond basic market analysis to define clear investment roadmaps.
• Entrepreneurial Execution: Taking end-to-end ownership of market entry and localization efforts; actively identifying customer gaps, testing value propositions with other teams support.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Transforming complex quantitative data—including traffic patterns, market dynamics, and local competitor benchmarking—into actionable business cases to influence project prioritization across global functional teams.
• AI & Scalability Mindset: Championing the integration of AI tools, automation, and machine-learning insights into daily workflows and regional strategy to maximize operational impact and scaling speed with minimal resources.
• International P&L Efficiency: Overseeing and optimizing the full Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for the targeted markets and ensuring efficiencies in all the Revenue and Cost lines.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partnering closely with Product, Revenue, Marketing, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure local compliance, product market fit, and aligned strategic execution.

• Proven Expansion Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in driving international expansion (digital business expansion, strategic consulting, program management, etc).
• Strategic Entrepreneur Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments, takes absolute initiative to solve problems, and approaches business expansion with a “hands-on” mentality.
• Advanced Analytics & Data Literacy: Strong quantitative skills with a proven capability to manage key performance metrics, optimize full P&Ls, and make decisions rooted firmly in data.
• AI Forward-Thinker: An individual who naturally looks for ways to leverage AI and automation to streamline processes, predict market trends, and scale operations intelligently.
• Stakeholder Influence: Exemplary communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing diverse, cross-functional teams and aligning senior leaders around data-driven observations.
• Language & Industry Knowledge: Fluency in English is required (Spanish is a plus). A solid understanding of the Online Travel Agency (OTA) competitive landscape or experience within the Latin American or Asian e-commerce market is a major advantage.

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
