What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Creative Producer in the Creative Studio team you will be in charge of:
- Request Intake: Serve as the first point of contact for Creative Studio requests. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure thorough and detailed creative briefs, establishing alignment and understanding before initiating any creative work. Offer guidance on best practices, facilitate approval processes, and maintain open lines of communication to expedite brief completion and prevent delays.
- Weekly Standups & Project Assignment: Conduct weekly standup meetings to assign new projects and track the progress of ongoing projects. Facilitate discussions to identify any obstacles or challenges faced by the team. Ensure projects are advancing according to established timelines, making necessary adjustments or allocating additional resources as needed.
- Workflow Optimization: Optimization of design operation processes and methodologies to ensure smooth collaboration, efficient workflows, and effective delivery. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the design workflow and propose solutions to streamline processes. This could involve improving communication channels, adopting new tools or software, and identifying opportunities for creative automation or AI solutions.
- Metrics and Analytics: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the design team. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize design operations.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Establish a system for documenting design processes, best practices, testing results, and lessons learned. Promote knowledge sharing within the design team and across the organization.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance process to ensure design deliverables adhere to the required quality standards and align with brand and copy guidelines.
