The eDreams ODIGEO Procurement team has the overall responsibility for anchoring a strong cost optimisation and value creation mindset in the eDreams ODIGEO organisation, and leading procurement efforts in a way that supports the overall objectives and strategy of eDreams ODIGEO.
A Procurement Specialist is a high energy entrepreneur with a strong drive to support all the internal clients and strategic initiates of the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive down prices & total cost through defining category strategies & executing negotiations
  • Build category strategies by developing cross-functional teams; executing internal analysis (spend, TCO & savings) & external analysis (benchmark, supplier & market); and defining a sourcing strategy
  • Stakeholder management by managing internal clients and strategic partnerships
  • Execute risk and opportunity assessment
  • Perform tracking and reporting of the achieved cost reductions and additional value generated
  • Manage suppliers performance and enforce Procurement Processes & Policies
  • Execute Purchase to Pay process in AX Dynamics (Microsoft ERP) & Coupa platform
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing in Coupa platform
  • Register and manage vendors in AX Dynamics & Coupa platform
  • Source vendors through market research & supplier evaluation
  • Analyze vendor technical and commercial proposals
  • Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing through RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
  • Manage contract process: by coordinating contract creation with stakeholders and insuring contract best practices (SLAs, KPI, bonus & malus system, SOW, MSA)


  • 5 years + experience within Procurement or Sourcing environment (a must)
  • 2 year + experience with Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua (a most)
  • Great communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong in leading & executing procurement & sourcing projects
  • Excellent contract & price negotiations skills
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Experience within supplier relations management
  • Proficient English skills, verbal and writing
  • Negotiation skills experience
  • Good knowledge of purchasing, negotiation, commercial understanding and cost breakdown
  • Developed soft skills – to manage executive level stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams
