The senior accounting supervisor will form part of the accounting team, reporting to the Accounting Director, and will support the team’s strategic initiatives and review the Accounting function to ensure the proper accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in the monthly accounting closing tasks and reconciliation analysis.
- Perform quality review and action plan to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Review and prepare the supporting documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed.
- Lead ad-hoc strategic tasks and projects in the Accounting area.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 4 years experience in audit in Big Four.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excel Advanced User (pivot tables, functions).
- Attention to detail.
- Used to work under pressure.
- Strong organization skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
