We are now looking for an innovative Online Marketing Specialist for Employer Branding to join our Talent Acquisition Team based in our Headquarters office in Barcelona, Spain.

Your role:

Manage, plan and coordinate all digital marketing activities within the Employer Branding strategy
In partnership with external agencies, coordinate online and social campaigns from briefing to delivery, including budget management
Devise actionable and measurable digital marketing and social media campaigns to achieve the established Employer Branding and Recruitment goals
Coordinate digital-first campaign communications and media plans (including allocation of marketing budgets) across all channels focused mostly, but not exclusively on Social Media
Expand our omnichannel strategy by keeping up to date with with digital marketing trends, and proposing new channels to integrate in accordance with Employer Branding strategy and goals
Collaborate with Content Specialists and Creative Design team to conceptualise, design and deliver campaign assets for each campaign period
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and analysis of KPIs such as Career Page traffic, Job applications, CTR, CPC, CPL and other metrics to optimise current campaigns and prepare for future campaigns
Ensure all processes and approvals are followed in accordance with company policies and tools (Coupa and Jira)
Career website management including, but not limited to; content creation, updates, improvement of SEO and Google Analytics
At times, assist the overall team with event management during peak event season

Are you the right fit?

Relevant work experience in similar positions in online and digital marketing (experience in Employer Branding will be valued) or account management roles
Excellent track record of campaign management, preferably in an international environment
University degree, preferably in marketing or communication related fields
Great knowledge and understanding of partner and agency management, as well as media tracking and analytics to measure and optimise marketing performance (Google Analytics, Social Media, Excel and other tools).
Additional digital marketing knowledge will be valued (GoogleAds, SEM, TikTok, etc.)
Fluency in English at a native level. Other European languages will be a plus, particularly Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
Passionate about Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing topics
Agile approach and an active “test and learn” culture and mentality
Great stakeholder management and communication skills
