We are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Strategy Manager – New Products. The role will report to our Chief Ancillaries Officer.

Role Mission:
Lead the strategic thinking around new or enhanced travel products to reinforce our portfolio of travel products, and the differentiated value proposition to our customers

Role Responsibilities:
Play a key role in the identification and evaluation of new trends around travel products and services.
Lead the definition of a mid and long term range of initiatives around products/solutions to be added to our portfolio.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify business and user needs.
End to end management of specific initiatives, from the early assessment of opportunities, gathering of technical and functional requirements, assessment and selection of partners, to product launch.
Coordination and stakeholder management across the organization to ensure initiatives deliver the expected value in time, leading the appropriate forums and routines that ensure cross-functional alignment.
Continuously assess the competitive landscape and industry trends to come up with differential value propositions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives

Main Requirements:
7+ years of combined experience setting strategies and delivering high-impact initiatives
Knowledge of the travel industry trends and revenue levers
Excellent strategic thinking, proficient in identifying and assessing product opportunities.
Outstanding analytical skills: ability to generate detailed insights and lead strategic reflections
Track record for delivering successful initiatives, from conception, to partner selection and launch.
Organised and self-starter, methodical with strong attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder, at all levels, and project management abilities.
Experience in a top strategy/business consulting firm, highly valued
