We are looking for a passionate, energetic Head of FinTech Products Strategy. The role will report to our Chief Ancillaries Officer.
Role Mission:
Lead cross-functional initiatives in the area of FinTech products, from the identification and assessment of new trends and innovations, to the launch of new products and services, taking care of everything in between.
Role Responsibilities:
Play a key role in the identification and evaluation of new trends around FinTech products and services that increase the choice and improve the experience of customers.
Support the definition of a mid and long term range of initiatives around products/solutions to be added to our portfolio, in particular around payments’ and purchase flexibility.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify business and user needs.
End to end management of specific initiatives, from the early assessment of opportunities, gathering of technical and functional requirements, assessment and selection of partners, to product launch.
Coordination and stakeholder management across the organization to ensure initiatives deliver the expected value in time, leading the appropriate forums and routines that ensure cross-functional alignment.
Continuously assess the competitive landscape and industry trends to come up with differential value propositions.
Main Requirements:
Extensive experience involving financial products, flexible payments options, and risk based products at a large e-commerce’s, ideally in the travel industry.
Excellent strategic thinking, proficient in identifying and assessing product opportunities.
Track record for delivering successful initiatives, from conception, to partner selection and launch.
Organized and self-starter, methodical with strong attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
