We are looking for a passionate and energetic Head of Ancillary Partnerships. The role will report to our Chief Ancillaries Officer.
Role Mission:
Develop and manage the portfolio of partnerships that enhance and complement our customers’ travel experience, improving the differentiated value proposition to our customers
Role Responsibilities:
Identify and build long-term strategic commercial partnerships.
Lead the assessment and strategic reflection on the need to tackle new user needs through strong partnerships, identifying players and proposing alternatives to C-level.
Lead the commercial efforts to build and improve partnerships, ensuring contract compliance and performance improvement.
Partner with stakeholders (e.g. marketing, pricing, product, etc.) across the organization to identify and drive actions to improve the performance and customer experience of existing partnerships.
Set and lead the governance processes and structures with partners
Continuously assess the competitive landscape, industry trends and players
Lead cross-functional initiatives
Main Requirements:
7+ years of experience building successful partnerships in the travel industry
Extensive knowledge of the travel industry trends and players (e.g. mobility, at-destination, etc.)
Strong negotiation and partner management skills
Excellent strategic thinking, proficient in identifying and assessing partnership.
Track record for delivering successful initiatives, from conception, to partner selection and launch.
Organised and self-starter, methodical with strong attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder, at all levels, and project management abilities.
Experience in a top strategy/business consulting firm, highly valued
