The administrative take care of Administrative task of eDreams and She/He will work in connection with other departments.
Main Responsabilities
- Reconciliation of suppliers of different product that we offer to our customer
- Review that the invoice is matching with the amount expect, load into the system and review the result of the reconciliation are ok.
- Analytical review about the discrepancies obtain from the reconciliation. Found patterns and escalate to the proper teams to resolve.
- Cross collaboration with the team and different teams from the company.
Candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Office Suites Advanced User.
- Detail oriented and very organize.
- Knowledge in Amadeus, travelport, etc
