As a CRM Specialist, you will join our CRM global team, and participate in the definition and execution of the Pre-Purchase strategy according to CRM principles.

Main responsibilities

  • Definition of touchpoints for customers in the pre-purchase journey
  • Implementation of the touchpoints across channels (email, push notification, SMS, site) and markets (FR, UK, DE, ES, IT)
  • Creation of customer journeys within Sales Force Marketing Cloud platform
  • Creation, integration and validation of touchpoints with stakeholders
  • Responsible for campaign optimisation through KPI’s analysis, testing, and best practices usage

Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years Email marketing experience – App marketing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of html, ESP tools (Exact target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics is a plus)
  • Knowledge of SQL and data integration is a plus
  • Knowledge of Excel and good analytical skills
  • Team player, results oriented, self-starter, details-oriented
