Prime is a key driver of eDO’s growth and an integral part of eDO, providing customers with unlimited flight and hotel discounts and other travel related benefits.

The Prime team works on highly complex initiatives, partnering with teams across eDO to innovate around the travel experience, content delivery and member benefits. We build and manage the programmes and systems that deliver customer happiness on a massive scale. Who you are
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution. You will set a vision for a cross-functional team, but you will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves to remove barriers and enable the team to deliver results. You will relentlessly innovate on behalf of customers, and develop a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration within the cross-functional team. Most importantly, you will bring an enthusiasm for engaging marketing and a desire to make an impact on the business.
Deliver on the goals which will revolve around pushing the boundaries to find meaningful ways to engage and delight Prime members.
Lead the development of comprehensive strategies to drive Prime member acquisition and retention.
Devise, launch, test and optimize campaigns across the customer lifecycle, while working in conjunction with multiple functional stakeholders.
Analyze campaign results across all channels to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving key acquisition and retention metrics.
Collaborate closely with other leaders across the Prime organization including in Product, Product Design, UX Research, Business, Creative Design, and Content to develop customer-obsessed product features and marketing strategies.
Oversee the planning and automation of scalable marketing programs.
At least 8 years of Marketing experience
Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments
Experience in the eCommerce retail industry
A willingness to go the extra mile to create something special
Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
Good leadership skills and good at communicating conceptual ideas and rationale, all within a user-centred process
Process-oriented independent thinker who proactively identifies areas for improvement
Team player with a positive/proactive attitude and sense of humor
Familiar with UX research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative)
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Experience in the eCommerce travel industry
Fluency in other European languages
